In a process led approach, our Digital team will start by mapping out the current and desired state of each process that requires improvement capturing and documenting the process and data journey. This would lead to a bespoke high-level plan for the organisation which might include a RACI exercise for stakeholders, data and process strategy review, and controls framework implementation or update.
