WTS Hansuke is pleased to welcome Andrew Dyson as a Senior Advisor within its Capital Markets Advisory practice, bringing significant senior market experience across securities finance, financing and collateral.

Dyson will work closely with clients and prospects across the EMEA region, supporting the continued development of WTS Hansuke’s offering across securities finance, financing and collateral markets. He will also help deepen strategic relationships across the market, including with brokers, neo-brokers, custodians, asset managers and other market participants navigating accelerated settlement, evolving market structure, regulatory complexity and the growing importance of efficient financing and collateral strategies.

Dyson brings deep industry experience and a highly respected leadership track record in securities finance. Best known for his tenure as Chief Executive Officer of the International Securities Lending Association (ISLA), he played a central role in expanding ISLA’s profile, influence and industry relevance, helping shape it into the leading trade association for securities lending through its advocacy, regulatory engagement and development of market best practice.

Having worked closely with market participants, policymakers and regulators during a period of significant development across the securities finance landscape, his wealth of experience gives him a distinctive perspective on supporting financial institutions in practice. In particular, Dyson brings a strong understanding of the relationship between market structure, regulation and the strategic decisions that firms are required to make as the industry continues to evolve.

His appointment also adds further depth and strength to the firm’s wider advisory offering. As the industry responds to structural and regulatory change, Dyson’s insight will further strengthen the firm’s ability to support clients with practical, forward-looking advice and commercial execution.
