A recognised industry thought leader, Roy co-leads the UK and EU Securities Lending Working Groups, helping shape industry responses to the transition to T+1 settlement. His previous roles include Vice Chair of ISLA, Board Member of PASLA, and member of the Bank of England’s Securities Lending and Repo Committee.

His work spans traditional and emerging market structures, including digital assets, sustainable finance, ETFs, and securities lending innovation, with a consistent focus on market resilience, transparency, and regulatory readiness.
